New Homes & Renovations

New Homes Plumbing

Titan P.G.E provides end-to-end plumbing and gas services for new home construction. From site drainage and underfloor work to first fix and final fixture installation, we deliver each phase to builder standards while keeping projects on schedule and meeting all compliance requirements.

We get involved at the design stage to plan fixture locations and service routing so installations integrate smoothly with the build. By coordinating closely with builders and certifiers we reduce rework, avoid delays and make the final inspection and handover straightforward.

Our services cover site drainage, rough-in plumbing, gas provisioning, rainwater harvesting connections and the final fit-out of kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. We also manage commissioning and provide the compliance documentation required for a clean handover to owners and certifiers.

Renovations & Plumbing Projects

Renovation and refurbishment work requires careful sequencing and respect for existing services. We provide demolition-safe isolation, coordinate trades on site and restore plumbing and gas systems to builder-standard finishes. Whether you are updating a bathroom, reworking a kitchen or undertaking a full-house renovation, our team focuses on quality, timing and a smooth on-site experience.

We work closely with customers and suppliers to identify fixtures and finishes that suit each client's vision and lifestyle. From the initial concept through to the final plan, we help translate ideas into practical designs, advising on what will look right and perform well over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should plumbing rough-in occur during construction?

Rough-in typically happens after foundations and framing but before wall linings. We coordinate with builders to schedule first-fix so services are ready for inspections and final fit-off.

Do you provide compliance certificates and handover packs?

Yes, all new homes receive relevant compliance documentation, test certificates and a handover pack outlining warranties and maintenance guidance.

Can you work with builders' supplied materials?

We can install builder-supplied fixtures where specified; alternatively we can source and supply certified fixtures on request. We always confirm compatibility during quoting.

How do you manage site safety during renovations?

We are highly safety focused. Before starting work we perform a site safety audit and complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) form. Our teams implement isolation and dust containment procedures and keep clear communication with site managers to minimise disruption and ensure the work is completed safely.

How do I get an accurate quote?

We provide quotes based on a site inspection or photos. For new homes we supply staged pricing for rough-in and final fit-off. If additional work is required we issue a clear variation with cost and schedule impacts.

What warranties and guarantees do you provide?

We stand behind our workmanship with a standard workmanship guarantee and we pass through manufacturer warranties on fixtures. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed in the handover documentation.

How long will the plumbing works take?

Timing depends on the scope and stage of the build. Typical rough-in work is completed within a few days, and final fit-off can take one to several days for a standard bathroom or kitchen. We provide an estimated schedule with your quote and coordinate with your builder.

What does commissioning and testing include?

Commissioning includes pressure testing of water and drainage systems, leak checks, gas appliance commissioning by licensed gasfitters and verification of operation. We provide test certificates and commissioning notes in the handover pack.

Do you install and certify gas appliances?

Yes. All gas work is completed by licensed gasfitters and includes appliance installation, safety checks and issuance of gas compliance certificates where required by regulation.

How are changes or variations handled during the build?

If scope changes occur we provide a written variation that outlines the extra work, cost and any schedule effect. Work on variations proceeds only after client or builder approval to keep the project controlled and transparent.

What aftercare and maintenance support do you offer?

We offer post-handover support for warranty issues and can schedule routine maintenance. For urgent problems we provide priority service for recent projects; contact details are included in your handover pack.

Can you advise on water-saving fixtures and rainwater connections?

Yes. We recommend and install water-efficient fixtures and can connect rainwater tanks and reuse systems that comply with local regulations. We advise on options that balance cost, performance and long-term savings.
