Excellent communication from both office staff and the plumbers that came to repair the sewer drain. Bonus points for being upfront with the pricing before booking. Reasonably priced, no nasty surprises, no upselling, turned up on time (with text letting me know when they were on the way). Just a good honest job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.
